San Francisco tight end Vernon Davis could be next in line for a new contract. The 49ers gave linebacker Patrick Willis a contract extension on Tuesday. "And next up on a big payday for the 49ers - TE Vernon Davis," Adam Schefter of ESPN.com wrote on his Twitter page. Davis had 78 receptions for 965 yards and 13 touchdowns in 2009.
