Minnesota Vikings wide receiver/kick returner Percy Harvin was an overwhelming selection as the Associated Press Offensive Rookie of the Year, the AP announced Wednesday morning. Harvin is the sixth player in team history to earn the honor and joined 2007 winner Adrian Peterson as the second Viking in three seasons to win the award. Selected with the 22nd overall pick last April, Harvin received 41 of a possible 50 votes, with Baltimore Ravens rookie tackle Michael Oher finishing second with six votes.
