A judge has ordered the Eagles to pay the city of Philadelphia $3 million to resolve a long-standing stadium revenue dispute. It was ruled Wednesday that the city owes the team $5 million for a 2001 preseason game with the Ravens that was canceled because of problems with the turf in Veterans Stadium. The amount will be deducted from last week's ruling. The Eagles owe the city $8 million in luxury box revenue dating back to the 2000 and 2001 seasons.
