Pisa Tinoisamoa, a free agent outside linebacker, is scheduled to arrive in Chicago Wednesday morning to visit Halas Hall, according to a source close to the player. The St. Louis Rams released the 27-year-old Tinoisamoa, their leading tackler last season, on May 8, as he was scheduled to count $4.25 million against the salary cap. He was drafted in the second round in 2003, when Bears coach Lovie Smith was the Rams' defensive coordinator.
