Bills running back Willis McGahee overcame a blow to the head, returning for the start of the second half of Buffalo's game against New England on Sunday. McGahee was hurt in the second quarter when he went down to block Patriots' defensive lineman Richard Seymour, who had burst up the middle deep in Buffalo territory. McGahee upended Seymour, but was struck in the helmet by Seymour's left knee. McGahee lay on the field for about four minutes. He required help getting up and was woozy as he was escorted to the sideline. McGahee had five carries for 4 yards before he was hurt, and had a carry for 1 yard to start the third quarter.
