Domestic Violence Case Against Moss Dropped

The Boston Globe - The woman who had a restraining order placed against Randy Moss in a domestic violence case had the order removed on Tuesday, according to the Boston Globe.

"My client, acting solely on the advice of her former attorney, filed for the temporary restraining order against Mr. Moss. She has decided that such restraining order is unnecessary and has requested the order be dismissed," Rachelle Washington's lawyer said.

"Because the injuries sustained were not the result of any malicious intent by Mr. Moss, a claim for her damages will be submitted to his insurance company." [READ]
