Bengals Franchise Lineman Andrews

ESPN - The Cincinnati Bengals placed the franchise tag on guard Stacy Andrews on Monday, making him the third player to receive the tag this offseason, according to ESPN.com.

The Bengals gave Andrews a one-year $7.5 million deal to play in Cincinnati this season.

Last week, the Eagles franchised L.J. Smith, and the Cardinals did the same with Karlos Dansby. [READ]
