According to the report, the team is expected to make the official announcement on Wednesday. Terms of the deal are not known.
The Oakland Tribune reported on Tuesday that coach Lane Kiffin confirmed the team was considering the three-time Pro Bowl selection. On Sunday, Kiffin described contract negotiations between the Raiders and quarterback JaMarcus Russell, the team's No. 1 draft pick, as "going kind of slow." [READ] |
