Carson Palmer went 26-for-48 for 298 yards, one touchdown and one interception, while Darren McFadden carried 19 times for 53 yards. Palmer scored the game-tying touchdown with 3:34 remaining in the fourth quarter on a goalline run.

Blaine Gabbert exited with injury after going 8-for-12 for 110 yards and a touchdown to Cecil Shorts III. Maurice Jones-Drew also left the game with an injury.
