The players listed below should be found on the waiver wire in all standard fantasy leagues. Week 12 has the following teams on byes: Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks.  Previous pick up recommendations included Zac Stacy, Danny Woodhead, Harry Douglas, Keenan Allen,, Jordan Reed, Nick Foles, Andre Brown, Percy Harvin, Michael Crabtree and Riley Cooper.

Running Backs

- Bobby Rainey (all leagues)

Last week, I projected Bobby Rainey to be a better fantasy option than Brian Leonard and everyone realized after this weekend that the competition between these two running backs is not close. Rainey had 193 total yards and two touchdowns. This is the type of player who can help you get into the fantasy playoffs if you are on the bubble. In other words, he went from a deeper league add to the top pick up for Week 12. He is currently owned in 29 percent of Yahoo! Leagues but that number will double soon.

- Donald Brown (deeper leagues)

Brown rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns in the Colts win over the Titans. He continues to dominate Trent Richardson in total yards and yards per carry, which isn’t a surprise to many since a number of scouts believed Richardson was overrated during the draft process. The Colts continue to say the starting running back position will not change, but I would bet that Brown’s workload increases each week unless Richardson improves. Richardson is only average 2.8 yards a carry while Brown is average 5.7 yards per carry. Donald Brown is only owned in 28 percent of Yahoo! Leagues so pick him up if you missed out on the Bobby Rainey train.

- Chris Ogbonnaya (deeper formats)

It appears that the Willis McGahee era might be over in Cleveland.  Ogbonnaya has been dominating the snaps and touches the past few weeks and has taken advantage of his opportunity. He had 99 yards on his 14 touches last week and will continue to see similar numbers with matchups against the Steelers and Jaguars coming up. He is owned in 12 percent of Yahoo! Leagues and makes a great add for a team looking for some running back help in deeper leagues.

Tight End

- Delanie Walker (all leagues)

Delanie Walker has found a comfortable rhythm with backup quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick since he has taken over the starting quarterback job in place of the injured Jake Locker. Walker has been averaging over 13 points a game these past two weeks and becoming a viable option for tight end needy fantasy teams. He is only owned in 23 percent of Yahoo! Leagues and could be a solid starting tight end in all formats.

Defense

- St. Louis Rams (all leagues)

The Rams are a great plug and play this week if you do not have a solid starting defense. The Rams are playing backup quarterback Luke McCown who should be pressured early and often since the Rams lead the NFC in sacks.  In addition, the Rams defense enters the game with 19 takeaways and should be ready to go after their bye week.
