Browns' quarterback Brady Quinn still hasn't decided whether or not to have surgery on his injured right index finger. Quinn is done for the season after breaking the finger on his throwing hand. The injury was made worse when he played in Sunday's loss to the Texans. "At this point, not really," Quinn said Friday when asked if he was leaning one way or another. "I'll just sound out all the different advice and make a decision once I feel confident about something."
