Steelers' wide receiver Santonio Holmes will not play on Sunday against the Giants because of his latest legal incident. Pittsburgh police pulled over Holmes, who was driving his sport utility vehicle, on Thursday near Mellon Arena and found three marijuana-filled cigars. "At this point we've chosen to name him as inactive," coach Mike Tomlin said Friday. "His situation has created somewhat of a distraction and we want to minimize that as much as we can and remain focused on the task at hand."
