Cowboys' quarterback Tony Romo threw the ball in practice on Thursday with a broken pinkie but is still listed as questionable for the team's game on Sunday against the Rams. Team trainers have told Romo, "No," mainly because he'll need to wear a splint on the finger and that there is a good chance he could reinjure it. Owner Jerry Jones claims that coach Wade Phillips will make the final decision. "Tony could be very persuasive there," Jones said. "If someone told me there was the risk of the long-term season, that aspect of it is the ultimate risk ,and that would be mine."
