Using the loopholes created by Tuesday's decision to have a possible uncapped year in 2010, the Cowboys locked up two of their key players, cornerback Terence Newman and halfback Marion Barber, as reported by ESPN.com. Newman received a six-year extension worth $50.2M. He will receive $22.5M guaranteed over the first three years of the deal. Barber agreed to a seven-year, $45M deal that included $16M in guarantees.
