Former Vikings' great Carl Eller was arrested after he refused to give a breath test for drunken driving early Wednesday, as reported by the Associated Press. The 66-year-old Eller was jailed about 2 a.m. on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, fleeing police, and assaulting a police officer. The report said police stopped Eller?s vehicle, and Eller punched at least one officer. The officer later received medical treatment for bruises. Injuries to another officer were identified as minor.
