Once again, we are painfully reminded how fragile life is by the tragic death of Washington Redskins' safety Sean Taylor, who was shot and killed by an intruder Monday at his home near Miami, according to police. Taylor was 24. I'm not going to speculate as to what sparked the foul play. I'll leave those unanswered questions for the authorities. I do know this: Parents are not supposed to bury their children, but that's what lies ahead Monday for his father, Pedro Taylor, and mother, Donna Junor. Players from all 32 teams will wear a decal bearing Taylor's No. 21 on their helmets for the rest of the season. Taylor also will be remembered today with a moment of silence at stadiums around the NFL.
