Bobby Petrino, the Falcons' no-nonsense rookie head coach, said the penalty for cornerback DeAngelo Hall's tirade against Carolina game would be "substantial." Hall's three-penalty series and subsequent shouting episode with Petrino will cost him $100,000 and a start against Houston Sunday. "It was $100,000," Hall said. "I might sit a quarter. I might sit two quarters. He didn't tell me how long I am going to sit." Hall was not happy with the fine and plans to file a grievance with the NFL Players Association.
