According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Chambers was taken into custody at 2:31 a.m. Saturday. He was released on $1,750 bond Saturday afternoon, and is scheduled to appear in court today at 1 p.m. He has been working out in North Carolina in preparation for training camp, to which veterans must report on July 27.
