The NFL hasn't completely ruled out having fans in attendance for games this season.

However, to attend a game fans may have to sign a document to take full responsibility for their health.

The league is considering a requirement that fans sign liability waivers protecting the league from lawsuits based on contracting COVID-19. Teams will likely receive a potential waiver from the league within the next week.

"It is probably something you do electronically, just trying to figure out the operational challenges associated with waivers," an unnamed source said. "Just have to work out how best to do that."
