The New York Jets are considering hiring Daniel Jeremiah as general manager.

Jeremiah replaced Mike Mayock as the head draft analyst of the NFL Network when Mayock became general manager of the Oakland Raiders.

Jeremiah was previously a college scout with several teams before becoming an analyst.
