Cash concerns over the Oakland Raiders' upcoming move to Las Vegas has reportedly influenced some of their decisions more than a typical team.

The Raiders traded away Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper last season in moves that saved them money while also accruing draft picks.

The Raiders are scheduled to pay Derek Carr $20 million in what will be a lame-duck final season in Oakland, which could lead them to consider a trade of the quarterback.

"Would you trade Carr for a 2020 first[-rounder] that costs you no cash this year?" an exec asked. "Oh, and by the way, the 2020 draft is in Vegas, so now you'd have an extra first-rounder when your team moves there."
