Dalvin Cook is making strides in his return from a torn ACL.

The running back has been cleared to take part in team drills with the Minnesota Vikings for the first time. He had been limited to individual work.

"I've been feeling good, but this week was another milestone," Cook said. "They kind of told me at the beginning of the week. I was excited to get back into action, get out there and just get some live reps."

Cook tore his ACL in Week 4. He rushed for a franchise-record 127 yards in his first game.
