Bill Belichick has expressed frustration with those close to him about Rob Gronkowski.

Belichick has questioned whether Gronkowski remains "all-in" which has been a critical part of the Patriots' success.

Belichick was frustrated by Gronkowski's message on Instagram following the departure of Danny Amendola. Beneath a video of him hugging Amendola that Gronkowski posted on March 14, he wrote, in part, "Be FREE, Be HAPPY."

Many close to Gronkowski and Belichick say they expect the situation to be less of an issue once the season nears.
