The Buffalo Bills will sign former Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Star Lotulelei to a five-year deal when free agency opens, according to a source.

Lotulelei, 28, had 25 combined tackles and 1.5 sacks and a fumble recover in 16 games this past season.
