The New England Patriots are expected to hire Greg Schiano as defensive coordinator to replace Matt Patricia.

Schiano recently completed his third season as assistant head coach, defensive coordinator and safeties coach at Ohio State.

Schiano worked two seasons as the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
