Jerry Jones opposes the contract extension being negotiated with Roger Goodell.

The Dallas Cowboys' owner has concerns about the structure and compensation of the proposed new deal for Goodell.

Jones wants the deal to have less guarantees and more incentives, per a source.

According to ESPN, Goodell is furious that his next contract might be performance-based.

"He feels as if the owners have made a lot of money and he should be compensated accordingly," the source said. "The incentives thing really angers him."
