A court will rule on Friday whether to uphold the six-game suspension of Ezekiel Elliott for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy due to domestic violence allegations.

Arbitrator Harold Henderson upheld the six-game suspension on Tuesday.

Elliott, however, will be allowed to play in Week 1.

Elliott was away from the team last week, but took part in meetings and a walk-through last Saturday.

Elliott and the NFLPA are expected to continue to pursue legal action against the NFL.
