Jordan Howard is motivated to prove his rookie season wasn't a fluke after he finished second to Ezekiel Elliott in rushing with 1,313 yards.

Howard didn't play Week 1 and the Chicago Bears didn't start him until Week 4.

"I feel like some people might feel like I might have been just a one-year wonder," he told the Chicago Sun-Times. "That's motivation to keep coming out here and working and improving my game."

Howard wants to catch more passes after hauling in 29 receptions in 2016.
