Sammy Watkins is expected to play on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

"I think he's good to go," Rex Ryan said. "He won't have a full workload, but we're definitely going to get him in there."

Watkins last played in a Sept. 15 loss to the New York Jets before he was sidelined by lingering soreness stemming from offseason surgery to repair a broken bone in his left foot.

Watkins was listed as a limited participant in practice this week, and offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn said Friday that he has not yet committed to implementing Watkins in his game plan.

"He's about three-quarters speed," Lynn said. "He's still quick off his breaks. His long speed, his conditioning wasn't there. He was on a pitch count in practice. But it was just encouraging to see him back out on the football field."
