The Los Angeles Rams have scored a total of nine points in two games, but are 1-1 after beating the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Jeff Fisher has made it clear that Case Keenum will be the starting quarterback, not No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff, in Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"We need more production out of our offense, and all things point to the quarterback position," Fisher said. "But I'm expecting Case to continue to get better in this offense and we're going to win games and score points."

The Rams are the only team in the NFL not to score an offensive touchdown this season.

"If you're going to be successful in this league -- there are a lot of really good offenses -- you have to score points," Keenum said.
