The Seattle Seahawks have some concerns that Russell Westbrook has "changed his approach" this season and is becoming more of a "celebrity QB," according to Chris Mortensen.

Wilson signed an extension with the Seahawks before the start of the season.

Mortensen previously reported that the Seahawks asked Wilson to "tone down" his endorsements.
