The Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears are the two teams making the strongest push to trade up to the No. 2 spot in the draft.

The Tennessee Titans own the second overall pick and are pushing for a significant package to part with the pick.

Both the Eagles and Bears are targeting Marcus Mariota.

Jay Cutler played collegiately in Nashville for Vanderbilt and could be included in the deal, though Bob Holtzman reports the Titans are not interested in Cutler. The Bears would only have $4 million in dead money from Cutler's $16.5 million 2015 cap hit if he was traded to the Titans.

Philadelphia has offered two first rounders, a third rounder, Fletcher Cox, Brandon Boykin, Mychal Kendricks and more to move up, according to Ian Rapoport.
