The St. Louis Rams own the second overall pick and are open to trading down.

“(We have) not really had any discussion with anybody, but that doesn’t mean to say we won’t," Fisher said. 

The Rams traded the second overall pick in 2012 to the Washington Redskins in a blockbuster deal that won't likely be matched due to how valuable Robert Griffin III was in that draft.

"But I think it’s highly unlikely that even if we did trade out that would we get the value that we did the first time around," Fisher said.
