Ahmad Bradshaw has been ruled out of the New York Giants' Week 3 game on Thursday at the Carolina Panthers.

Bradshaw has a neck injury.

The Giants figure to use Andre Brown as the lead running back.

The Giants will also be without right tackle David Diehl (knee) and receiver Domenik Hixon (concussion).
