Broncos rookie linebacker Von Miller has been fined $7,500 by the NFL for unnecessary roughness in the team's 45-10 loss to the Patriots last Saturday night. Miller lost his cool after New England quarterback Tom Brady punted on third down late in the game. He shoved New England's Dan Connolly seemingly without being provoked. That started a melee that spilled over to the New England sideline. Miller was fined at least $47,500 in his rookie season. He was fined $25,000 for a hit on Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez in November, weeks after being fined $15,000 for a hit on Raiders quarterback Carson Palmer.
