Falcons wide receiver Kerry Meier has been fined $20,000 by the NFL for his illegal blindside block to the head area of Minnesota long snapper Cullen Loeffler last Sunday. Loeffler broke a bone in his lower back on the hit in the second quarter and is out for the season.
