The Eagles will be without quarterback Michael Vick for at least three weeks, according to a report. Vick broke his right, non-throwing hand in Sunday's loss to the Giants. He suffered a concussion in Week 2 against the Falcons. Even though Vick hasn't undergone formal tests, the Eagles are believed to be preparing to face the 49ers, Bills and Redskins with either Mike Kafka or Vince Young under center.
