Steelers' wide receiver Santonio Holmes has been arrested on domestic violence charges. Holmes was arrested Monday, his second arrest since being taken by the Steelers in the first round of the NFL draft in April. Holmes, a star at Ohio State University, was arrested just after midnight. Holmes was arrested previously in South Beach, Fla., on a charge of disorderly conduct during a Memorial Day weekend crackdown by local authorities and was harshly criticized by Steelers coach Bill Cowher the following week.
