Kellen Winslow, Jr. is a full-fledged participant in the Browns? weekend minicamp, an important and anticipated stop on his road back to action. ?I didn?t think I was going to be this far, going everyday in practice,? Winslow said. ?It?s a really happy time for me right now.? Winslow wasn?t spectacular Friday ? not that he was expected to be. He last played on September 19, 2004, and said he?s still only about ?90 percent? healthy. But he has shown glimpses, and the Browns want to see more. ?He still has the hands, the size and he runs well enough where he can be a problem for some linebackers and safeties,? Browns coach Romeo Crennel said. ?There is some rust there, but if we keep working with him he?ll become more comfortable and a lot of those things will come back to him.?
