Los Angeles is the second biggest market in the United States and they haven't had a football team since the Raiders and Rams left after the 1994 season. Because of this, the NFL has decided to invest $10 million to help with the plans that will bring a team back to the area.
Commissioner Paul Tagliabue announced the decision on Tuesday after a day-and-a-half of meetings on the topic.
