Chargers linebacker Stephen Cooper believes his time with the team is coming to an end. "I think I'm going to have an opportunity to test the market," Cooper said Saturday. The eight-year veteran has gone from special teams standout to part-time starter for San Diego. Cooper said he is "excited" for the opportunity once the league and NFL PLayers Association can agree on a new collective bargaining agreement.
