Ravens linebacker Sergio Kindle, the second-round pick who missed the entire season with a fractured skull, has not been medically cleared to play in 2011, according to a report.
Kindle remains hopeful that he'll play next season and Ravens coach John Harbaugh says the team plans to keep Kindle with a special tender.
He fractured his skull after falling down two flights of stairs in late July at a friend's house in Austin, Texas.
