Injured Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo took a small step toward his return from a broken collarbone, throwing at the beginning of Monday's practice. While his teammates wore helmets and shells under their jerseys, Romo sported a T-shirt and backwards cap and threw during the "pat-and-go" session. This was the first time Romo participated in the warmup portion of practice since he suffered a broken collarbone in an Oct. 25 loss to the Giants.
