Colts wide receiver Pierre Garcon was presented with the Warner Award, the highest honor of Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc., at a banquet Saturday in Philadelphia. Garcon is the first active NFL player to receive the award. Previous recipients include Myles Brand, the late NCAA president, former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue and former U.S. Congressman and USA Football chairman Jack Kemp. "It's a real nice thing. I never could have imagined it," Garcon said.
