The Patriots have signed special teams performer Rob Ninkovich to a contract extension. The new deal is through 2011 and includes a $350,000 signing bonus. Ninkovich, who earns a base salary of $535,000 this season, is scheduled to earn $650,000 in 2010 and $650,000 in 2011.
