The Eagles will hold running back Brian Westbrook out of Sunday's game against the Giants in the wake of concussion symptoms. "I think this is the right thing to do," Eagles coach Andy Reid said. Philadelphia is looking to give Westbrook more time to recover from his concussion. Westbrook said Wednesday that he wasn't fully healed from the concussion when he returned Nov. 15 after a two-game absence and would be cautious this time. "I'm concerned that things that are happening now, concussions, head injuries, can affect my life down the road," said Westbrook. "That really concerns me."
