Mike Singletary didn't question the play-calling of coordinator Jimmy Raye on San Francisco's last drive in Minnesota. It was a three-and-out that left Brett Favre with enough time, 1:29, to mount a stirring comeback that gave the Vikings a pulsating 27-24 victory. "It's very easy to sit here and look at a game and say 'Why did you do that?' " Singletary said Monday. "The bottom line is he (Raye) called the things he called yesterday because they made sense. You call plays because you believe they'll work. "I'm not going to get into 'We should have done this.' We did it. It did not work."
