Jay Glazer of FOX Sports has reported that the Vikings are "split" on whether or not to bring Brett Favre out of retirement. "Brad Childress and Brett Favre are scheduled to meet later this week. However, the Minnesota Vikings have not taken it that far as an organization. This is just Favre and Brad Childress. That's all it is right now. It's Favre meeting with Brad Childress. The organization has not yet met to discuss the possibility of signing Brett Favre," Glazer said in a video update. "The organization is pretty much split. Right now, a lot of people in the organization who feel, 'Hey, we're below the radar right now. Everybody is focusing on the Chicago Bears because they have Jay Cutler. Nobody is really looking at us right now. All we have is Sage Rosenfels and Tarvaris Jackson.' That would put them obviously well on the map and well over the radar, if you will," he added.
