JaMarcus Russell is banged up and the Raiders out of the playoff picture officially, but he knows how important it is to finish the season as strong as possible. "The only thing you can do now is show what type of man you are," Russell said. "To know the circumstances, just keep on pushing and fight through it and hopefully build on something for next year. "It can be a big upside to it and it can be a downside to it. It's the way you take it."
