John Harbaugh said his decision to go for two near the end of the Baltimore Ravens' narrow loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers had a lot to do with the team's injury situation.

With 12 seconds remaining, the Ravens went for a potential game-winning 2-point conversion instead of settling for a tying point-after kick. The try was unsuccessful and the Steelers escaped with a 20-19 victory.

Asked why he went for two instead of the PAT to force overtime, Harbaugh said: "[We're] trying to win the game right there. We were pretty much out of corners at that point in time. It was an opportunity to try to win the game right there."

The analytics slightly favored Baltimore going for two points (47.1%) over the kick (46.5%), according to ESPN Stats & Information research.
